Mold design

Blow molds are designed from a physical sample (3D scanned) or a drawing of your bottle; a video alone is not enough to design a mold. You approve the mold drawing before production starts.

Test run and acceptance

Every machine runs with your mold at our factory before shipping
Inspect the machine on site or by live video
Sample bottles sent to you on request

Installation and training

Our engineers can install and commission the line at your plant and train your operators and maintenance staff. Travel, visa and accommodation are arranged by the buyer.

1-year warranty on extrusion blow molding machines
A wear-parts kit is shipped with every machine
Spare parts supplied from stock: touch screens, PLCs, transducers, parison controllers and more
Remote diagnosis by video call

Repair and upgrades
